Questions, answered.

How is this different from a regular MOLLE pouch?
A traditional MOLLE pouch is fabric — it sags under load, rattles in motion, and degrades under UV and weather. The M-Series uses a rigid compression-molded shell with a magnetic-lock closure, mounted from the front of the panel via MOLLE, 3M® VHB™ adhesive, or screw mount. Same MOLLE compatibility — none of the failure points.
What’s the difference between M5 and M7?
Same magnetic interface, same three mounting options, same compression-molded construction — different sizes. The M5 is the most compact body in the lineup (great for first-aid, gloves, comms, EDC). The M7 is the standard size (larger interior for tools, recovery items, snacks, and accessories).
How is the M12 different from the pods?
The M12 is a magnetic tool roll, not a pod. It uses the same magnetic-lock interface, but the body is a canvas-reinforced tool roll mounted to a CNC-machined aluminum frame — designed specifically for trail tools, garage essentials, and overland maintenance. It pairs cleanly with the M5 and M7 inside the same magnetic ecosystem.
Do they only work on MOLLE panels?
No. Every M-Series product ships with three mounting options: attach to any rigid MOLLE panel, bond to any flat surface with the included 3M® VHB™ high-bond adhesive backer, or use the included screw hardware for a permanent install.
Will the magnetic lock hold under vibration?
Yes. The magnetic lock holds securely under dust, vibration, and rough terrain. The lock is precision-tuned — strong enough to hold under hard use, easy enough to release one-handed when you need it.
Are they weatherproof?
The M5 and M7 shells are weather-resistant — built for rain, splash, dust, and UV exposure. They’re not rated for full submersion. The M12 frame is aluminum; the canvas roll is splash-resistant.
Can I mix sizes across one vehicle?
That’s the entire point. Every M-Series body uses the same magnetic interface, so you can stack any combination of M5, M7, and M12 across your panels, tailgates, walls, and toolboxes. The Magnetic Pod System bundle ships one of each.
