Frequently Asked Questions
Do XG Cargo storage systems rattle?
No. Every system mounts mechanically rather than with straps. M-Series pods snap into a rigid lock that releases with a one-handed pull, Gama bags drop onto a steel-frame mount with nothing to loosen behind the bar, and M Panels are cut to OEM tolerances so they sit flush and stay composed over rough terrain.
Does installation require drilling?
For most systems, no. Platform A bolts to factory mount points, and the Stealth Gama Gen 2 clamps to factory mounts in minutes. The M-Series pod mount is the exception: it offers a drill-free adhesive option for flat cabin surfaces, plus a direct screw mount when you want mechanical fastening into a drawer, cabinet or cargo bed.
How much weight will they hold?
Platform A is a 12-gauge A-36 steel tray rated to 150 lb, with three adjustable tray heights. Each M-Series pod carries a 2 lb safe load in a compression-molded EVA shell that holds its shape instead of sagging. Load ratings for every product are listed on its own page.
Which vehicles does XG Cargo fit?
Jeep Wrangler JL and JT from 2018, and Ford Bronco from 2021. Platform A also fits the 4-door Wrangler JK back to 2006. On Sky One-Touch power tops, the Stealth Gama Gen 2 is compatible because it mounts to the front face of the sport bar; Platform A is not.

Everything is designed in California. The panels and metal hard parts are made by XG in the USA. Our cut-and-sew soft goods — bags and pouches — are designed in California. All of it carries a limited lifetime warranty.
