Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental US. In addition, we now offer shipping to Canada and other international countries. Canada shipments will have a flat fee of $35 shipping. All other international orders will incur actual shipping charges determined at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days within the US. Shipping times vary based on destination, but we aim to get your order to you within 2-7 business days after it has been processed.

Returns

NOTE: PRODUCTS MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE' AT TIME OF PURCHASE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED, NOR EXCHANGED. This includes, but is not limited to, all limited edition gear. If you believe your item to be defective please contact our support team.

Your day is hard enough so our goal is to make your experience as easy as possible. We offer a free 30 day return policy for orders placed within the US and the only thing we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags applied) and in the original packaging. Refunds do not include return shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, XG Cargo will pay for shipping on the inbound and outbound replacement product only. Please visit https://xgcargo.com/pages/shipping-and-returns to initiate a return or exchange and create your prepaid shipping label to send back your gear. With your order number and shipping address you can request a return for a refund or an exchange for a different size, color, or style.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
